We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and reliable team player to join our busy back‑of‑house crew. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in a lively, fast‑paced kitchen where no two shifts feel the same. Previous kitchen experience is a bonus—but what matters most is your attitude, energy, and willingness to learn.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Keeping our kitchen sparkling by washing and storing dishes
• Helping our chefs with food prep during busy service periods
• Managing basic stock rotation and organisation
• Supporting the team to maintain top‑notch hygiene and smooth operations

When You’ll Be Working
Flexibility is key—we operate across days, nights, and weekends:
• Sunday to Thursday: 12pm – 1am
• Friday & Saturday: 12pm – 3am
